The decision to allow building on 32 single family lots in a development known as Camber Heights was announced last week by District Environmental Commission #7 of the State of Vermont Agency of Natural Resources. A model home is expected to be constructed this summer on one of the lots near the base of the resort’s new Mid-Burke Express chairlift.

Permits for additional phases of Burke’s master development plan remain pending.
