Lausanne, Switzerland – With the sport of freeride skiing and snowboarding continuing its upward trajectory, the Freeride World Tour (FWT) has confirmed Swatch as its title partner for three more years, from 2015 through to 2017. Swatch has a long history of involvement in the Freeride World Tour, and Tuesday’s announcement signals a bright future for the competition circuit.
A faithful supporter of Freeride since the Xtreme Verbier event in 1997, Swatch’s three-year extension makes for a long 20-year relationship with the sport. And thanks to the support of Swatch and other tour sponsors, the further growth of the Freeride World Tour for the upcoming years is assured.
