It was the big day - our annual Thamksgiving Day Club meeting where we poach Wa-wa's daunting North Face  .
I was a hog and got there early at 007:19:23 EDT in the State Pahk station which serves as the bottom of the toll road. Without waiting for other club members, I skinned over to the ski area on the 2" over the road surface which reminded me of BRUTALLY GROOMED Frozen McSludge after a thaw/freeze cycle  . It was snowing hard . I skinned up the daunting Conifer Headwall that overlooks the toll road crossover and to the mighty summit. The skiing down was a huge disappointment - it was entirely TOO GOOD  . Normally, these Thanksgiving Day Club affairs are supposed to be pathetic survival skiing outings on frozen whales, bare spots, turf, glare ice, death cookies and thes wierd cylindrical ice thingies   . But whaddya' know, it was groomed the prior night and a 2" coating of Central Mass Champagne 8) was to be had. So, good, that I went for seconds! Whaddya' know, snows were deepening and skiing was even better - I was makin' TRACKS 8) , man! At the tool road crossover, I ran into 'Club members. I had to go home to see 'da 'rents down in CT, but I decided that since it was a powder day, it would be tough sh*t for Mommy & Daddy and a 3rd run was to be had ......and it was even better as we all had a blast making turns, sponnin' 'em, etc.
After run #3, it was time to leave and go see Mommy & Daddy and do some 'splainin .
