I met the Extremely Canadian guides at 8:30AM, still sore from Friday's powder chasing. I was grouped with guide Ralph and a couple Tom and Federica from London, England. They are "between jobs" and started their hiatus with 3 weeks trekking in Patagonia in December. So their fitness made up for less ski experience. Federica (originally from Milan) was a bit tentative in steeps and powder, but of course that's what Extremely Canadian's mission is to break through.

In the morning Ralph hit several stashes from Harmony. After lunch both groups headed up the Peak for video in Bagel Bowl. Then back to Harmony chair and a long traverse under the closed Symphony chair. This allowed us to ski completely untracked (best for learning powder) in Rhapsody Bowl for the modest price of a 20 minute hike out at the end.

Tom and Federica did their homework well in planning their skiing in North America. After 10 days at Whistler/Blackcomb, they will be spending a week at the Rustler Lodge in Alta.
