Banff (AB), Canada – Mt. Norquay will celebrate the arrival of spring on Saturday during its Spring Fling Festival, as the ski area within Banff National Park will transform its entire terrain park into one massive party.nThe festival will feature beer gardens, BBQ and live music, along with a slopestyle competition open to skiers and snowboarders of all ages. The Dummy Downhill competition will keep contestants and spectators alike entertained, and retailers will be showcasing their newest gear for the 2010-11 season. Local artists will showcase some of their pieces in an “art in the park” display as well.

Alberta residents get $35 full day lift passes through the ski area’s final day this season on Sunday, April 18.
