Middlebury, VT – Ski and golf enthusiasts will team up June 11 at the Ralph Myhre Golf Course in Middlebury for the 8th Annual Golf Across Vermont Tournament to support the Vermont Ski Museum’s mission to preserve and celebrate the state’s skiing history.nSeveral Vermont ski towns have top-rated golf courses; this tournament moves to a different picturesque course yearly and provides operations funding to the Vermont Ski Museum, a not-for-profit organization.
The event is open to the public and this year’s featured theme challenges all Vermont ski areas to send a team to compete for which ski area has the best golfers. Teams of four are welcome for this 1:00 p.m. shotgun scramble tournament.
Entry fees of $125 per person include 18 holes of golf , use of the driving range/practice green, cart fees, late afternoon appetizers, an awards ceremony, Closest to the Pin and Longest Drive contests, a Hole-In-One contest and a goodie bag. All donations to the Vermont Ski Museum are tax deductible.
