Albany, NY – If you missed out on your chance to win free Whiteface lift tickets last weekend in Lake George, there’s another chance. The Whiteface Road Warriors will be back in New York’s Capital Region this Friday and Saturday with lift tickets and other prizes to give away.nOn Friday, the Whiteface Road Warriors will be at the Farmer’s Market from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Friday, and at Red Square from 8 to 10 p.m. On Saturday, they’ll be at the Crossgates Mall (in front of Best Buy) from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., plus other mystery locations those two days looking for eager skiers to show up wearing their winter ski gear, including a helmet, goggles, skis or ski boots. If you’re spotted dressed for winter, you’ll automatically win a lift ticket to ski Whiteface this 2010-11 ski season.

Next weekend, Aug. 20-22, you’ll find the Whiteface Road Warriors in Saratoga Springs, N.Y. This fall, trips are also planned to New York City and across the border into Canada to promote skiing and riding at Whiteface.
