Salt Lake City, UT – It’s time for the unofficial precursor to the ski season along with Wasatch – Black Diamond’s 17th Annual Fundraiser for the Utah Avalanche Center.nJoin Black Diamond, Uinta Brewing Company, Redwood Creek Wines and the Friends of the Utah Avalanche Center on Thursday, Sept. 16, for their annual pre-season fundraiser bash complete with Mexican food, beer and wine, the live tunes of Herban Empire, good people and a great cause. There will also be the legendary silent auction to support the Utah Avalanche Center to hook up with gear as well as grand giveaways for those who purchase an advance ticket.

The event takes place from 6 to 10 p.m. at Black Diamond’s retail store, located at 2084 East 3900 South in Salt Lake City. All proceeds benefit the non-profit Friends of Utah Avalanche Center, working to keep you on top of the “Greatest Snow On Earth” since 1980.

The event is held outdoors and happens regardless of rain, snow, inversion, sleet, hail, wind, tornado, flood, crickets, or shine. Guests must be 21 to attend, or accompanied by an adult. No dogs are allowed.
