Park City, UT – Officials at Utah’s Canyons have a job that could be too good to refuse.nCanyons is offering to pay someone $40,000 for a few months of work and put the winner up in plush digs at a suite in the Waldorf-Astoria near the base of the mountain. And what do you have to do to earn it? Ski.

Well, actually ski and blog about the experience, whether it’s grabbing heli-accessed powder or heading up for dawn patrol. The lucky winner will post three to four times a week, including photos and video.

Applicants should be comfortable with the written word, computer savvy with regard to uploading video and /images, familiar with blog writing styles, eager to share their passion for the mountains, and most of all, possess an outgoing personality willing to share his or her likeness and name. Canyons will begin accepting applications soon, which will include a two-minute video explaining (or showing) “how you mountain”, a written explanation and your current resume. Applicants must be 21 or older, must be able to work in the United States and must be able to start the position on January 1st, 2011.
