Banner Elk, NC – The North Carolina Ski Areas Association is once again this winter offering a Gold Card, good for skiing and snowboarding at any of the six North Carolina ski areas.nThere are no blackout dates and the purchaser may ski or ride at any North Carolina Resort during any session regardless of holiday or weekend rates. Gold Cards cost $795. Only 100 are available each winter season, and they sell quickly.

Participating North Carolina ski areas include Cataloochee Ski Area, Sapphire Valley Ski Area, Ski Beech, Appalachian Ski Mountain, Wolf Ridge Ski Resort and Sugar Mountain Ski Resort.
