Salt Lake City, UT – Winter is just around the corner. Don’t let your fifth and sixth graders get stuck inside when they could be skiing and snowboarding all season long for free. Well, almost free…nPassports can be acquired for a $25 processing fee which includes shipping, handling and procurement of 500 inches of “The Greatest Snow on Earth.” Additionally, Passport holders get even more skiing and riding this year as they will have access to Utah’s newest resort, Eagle Point in Beaver, Utah.
Each year 8,000 Utah students participate in the Ski Utah Passport program. Using the Passport Fifth graders can ski three times free (42 total days) at each of Utah’s 14 ski resorts and sixth graders can enjoy one day (14 total days) at each resort.
New this season, Passport holders can choose to receive a complimentary subscription to either SKI or TransWorld Snowboarding magazine.
“One of Utah’s most valuable resources is its Greatest Snow on Earth,” said Ski Utah Marketing Director Raelene Davis. “The Passport enables Utah students to affordably enjoy this amazing resource while developing a healthy lifetime activity.”
