Park City, UT – Deer Valley Resort’s award-winning food and beverage department will be opening the Deer Valley Grocery~Café in the Deer Valley Plaza building on Deer Valley Drive in Park City on Nov. 30, serving on-site and to-go fresh baked pastries, specialty coffee drinks, soups, chilies, stews, salads, paninis, homemade breads and other bakery items as well as specially prepared take-away entrees. Also available will be a limited variety of gourmet grocery items, including wine and liquor.n“We’re very pleased to enjoy an ongoing demand for many of our popular food items at the resort, such as the Turkey Chili, the housemade brats and mustards, or our specialty pizzas and salads,” explains Julie Wilson, Director of Food and Beverage at the Utah ski area. “The Deer Valley Grocery~Café will allow guests another venue to enjoy these items, either on-site in a pleasant café atmosphere, or to bring home for a delicious take-out option. With the growing number of lodging options in Deer Valley and all around town, having an off-site location where locals and visitors alike can walk or drive for Deer Valley cuisine outside of the resort will be a great convenience for all of our guests.”

Newstar Construction will be renovating the Deer Valley Plaza restaurant space in time for the Nov. 30 grand opening.
