Three Lost Snowboarders Found South of Oregon’s Skibowl

Government Camp, OR – Three snowboarders who left the boundaries of Skibowl in Government Camp were found late Wednesday cold and wet, but otherwise unharmed.nThe trio were identified by the Clackamas County Sheriff’s Office as Brandon Miller, 25, and Jesse Moline, 26, both of Vancouver, Wash., and Trevor Rome, 24, of Sherwood, Ore. They reportedly left Skibowl’s southern boundary around 11 a.m. and quickly became disoriented.

One member of the group phoned authorities around 2 p.m. Wednesday to report their predicament. They were located around 7 p.m. near Trillium Lake after authorities used their cell phone signal to pinpoint their location.
