Vermont Ski Museum Staging Antique Ski Race at Suicide Six

Woodstock, VT – The Vermont Ski Museum will stage the Vermont Antique Ski Race, a fundraiser for the Museum, on Sun., Feb. 13 at the Suicide Six ski area in Woodstock.nThis is your chance to dust off those old wood skis, your VR17s, or your Rossi Stratos and compete against some of Vermont’s finest in a two run slalom on the Face run at Suicide Six. This year, the race culminates Woodstock’s Winter Carnival Weekend.

Racers can register from 8:30 to 10 a.m. in the base lodge at Suicide Six. Upon registering, the racer will chose to compete in one of three categories: Wood, Metal/Fiberglass, or Strictly Vintage. All skis must predate 1975. Strictly Vintage registrants must have pre-1975 boots, bindings, and skis.

Race registrations cost $45, or $25 for Suicide Six pass holders.
