Reggae Bash at Le Massif de Charlevoix This Saturday

Petite-Rivière-St.-François (QC), Canada – Skiing, sunshine and warm reggae tunes make for a perfect spring day. This Saturday, Le Massif de Charlevoix will resonate to the sound of reggae for over 12 continuous hours as the Quebec ski resort hosts its traditional Reggae Bash.nTunisian reggaeman, DJ, percussion and beatbox player AbidboX, a co-founder of the Jah Regulier movement and past percussion player for Jah Reg, Sagacité, CEA and Jah & I, will start things off at noon at the base of the mountain. He is now a member of Movèzerbe and Prise d’Assaut Band.

At 4 p.m., the action will move to the Summit Pub as QC All Starz will present a highly colorful stage and music experience. Performing solo or in pairs, singers will bring the crowd to life, creating complicity with top reggae house band Prise d’Assaut.

At 6 p.m., the show in the Summit Pub promises to reach new heights with the arrival of Jah Cutta. Known for his fierce live performances, Jah Cutta has shared the stage with some of the biggest names in reggae, such as Peter Tosh, The Wailers, Gregory Isaacs, Beenie Man and Buju Banton.
