Grand Mesa, CO – The Powderhorn Ski Resort, a 1,600-acre mountain on Grand Mesa near Grand Junction in western Colorado, will sell at real estate auction on August 4. The resort, which contains 600 groomed acres and 44 trails, will sell at absolute auction with no minimums and no reserves. Real estate auction marketing firm J. P. King will conduct the sale.
The Powderhorn sale will include four ski lifts, approximately 750 acres of real estate, a lodge, the Inn at Wildewood with 16 guest rooms of various occupancy, as well as the mountain operations building, equipment maintenance facility, dry storage building and an administrative building.
