Seven Colorado Ski Resorts Launch Joint Lift Ticket Deal

Aspen, CO – Seven geographically diverse and separately owned Colorado ski resorts on Thursday launched the newest multi-mountain lift ticket to appeal to residents and visitors alike.

The new Colorado Triple Play features two days of skiing and riding at any of the four Aspen/Snowmass resorts of Aspen Mountain, Aspen Highlands, Buttermilk and Snowmass, plus two days each at Steamboat and Winter Park Resort during the 2011-2012 winter season for $299 for adults, and $249 for children.

“Skiing and snowboarding has been a passion and way of life in these three mountain communities for decades and something that has always been shared,” said Christian Knapp, vice president of marketing for Aspen/Snowmass. “The new Colorado Triple Play is our way of sharing the best of these three iconic Colorado resorts at an exceptional value.”

Sales of the new Colorado Triple Play start today at the Colorado Ski Expo in Denver, online at www.ColoradoTriplePlay.com, and, at participating Colorado Front Range Christy Sports stores.

Combined, the Colorado Triple Play pass accesses nearly 10,000 acres, more than 70 lifts, 13 terrain parks and almost 15,000 vertical feet. Each mountain town is steeped in tradition, heritage and history.

These passes must be purchased seven days in advance of the first day of use and are not available for purchase on-site at resorts. Passes are non-transferable, cannot be combined with other offers, and include a blackout period of Dec. 27-31.
