Truckee, CA – East West Partners has announced Northstar Mountainside Residences, what developers are calling California’s only true ski-in/out community, now under development at Northstar California Resort in Truckee at the north end of Lake Tahoe.

Northstar Mountainside includes Home Run, 16 luxury townhomes that connect directly to on-mountain ski runs, and The Glades, a collection of 25 custom home sites ranging from .89 to 1.42 acres designed with $1.5 million invested in advanced ski infrastructure, including specially designed ski ways, bridges and tunnels allowing direct access from the slopes to each home.

At Home Run, where sales are already underway, developers anticipate move-ins to begin this spring. At The Glades, the final shaping of home sites is on track, with appointments available this winter season to ski or walk the home sites.  Owners at both communities can enjoy special privileges at the nearby Ritz-Carlton, Lake Tahoe or Tahoe Mountain Club, which includes access to Schaffer’s Camp and its private dining facilities on top of the mountain.
