Big Sky, MT – A ski instructor and three children were all hospitalized following a fall on Saturday at Big Sky Resort in Montana.
Investigators are trying to determine the cause of the 1 p.m. Saturday incident on Big Sky’s Ramcharger chairlift, a high-speed detachable quad that does have safety restraining bars. All four were treated and released at Bozeman Deaconess Hospital. Their injuries and identities are unknown at this time.
Resort officials indicate that there were no mechanical problems with the lift that caused or contributed to the accident.
