Nemacolin Woodlands Breaks Ground to Replace Ski Lodge Destroyed by Fire

Farmington, PA – Pennsylvania’s Nemacolin Woodlands Resort has broken ground on its new Sundial Ski Lodge to replace Mystic Mountain ski area’s base lodge destroyed in a February blaze.

The new 6,000 square-foot structure will be larger than its predecessor, and will feature an expanded restaurant as well as bowling alleys and an arcade.

Resort officials expect construction on the new facility to be completed by December, in time for the 2012-13 ski and snowboard season.
