Don’t Like the Skiing at Home in Colorado? Head to Montana for Free Instead

Big Sky, MT – In Montana, Big Sky Resort has had several snowstorms and 1,378 acres open so far this season with a current base depth of 32 inches. Colorado resorts, by contrast, have subsisted thus far this season largely on man-made snow. Resort officials are inviting any unlimited season passholder at any ski resort in the world, and in particular Coloradans with Vail Resorts’ EPIC passes, to ski for free now through Christmas Day.

“Colorado skiing not so ‘EPIC’?” asks Chad Jones, Big Sky’s Public Relations Director. “Big Sky Resort has amazingly consistent snow, we are routinely able to get up and running with more terrain, earlier in the season, when compared to other resorts in the region. We are back again to share the snow and give every skier and rider a big holiday gift. What’s better than free skiing at a world class resort?”

Big Sky Resort will honor this by allowing unlimited season passholders from any other ski resort to ski for free for the duration of their stay when they book lodging with Big Sky Central Reservations and ask for the Gift Package.  Big Sky Resort will extend the Bring a Buddy Coupon to holders as well, allowing friends in their reservation without unlimited passes to ski for $79 per day.
