This new season pass perk for Squaw Valley and Alpine Meadows’ Gold passholders is the latest in a string of newly added benefits for season passholders. In August, Squaw Valley and Alpine Meadows announced that Gold passholders would receive 50% off lift tickets at Jackson Hole, Alta and Aspen/Snowmass as part of the resorts’ Mountain Collective partnership. Then in November, Squaw Valley and Alpine Meadows announced that they would be partnering with Sierra-at-Tahoe Resort to offer both Gold and Silver passholders free skiing and riding Sunday through Friday (non-holiday) at the South Lake Tahoe resort.

Each of these added benefits came at no additional cost. Those who purchased a Bronze or Silver Tahoe Super Pass but would like to receive the new benefits at Whistler Blackcomb can upgrade to a Gold pass for the price difference at the time of purchase. Upgrades can be handled over the phone or in-person at the resorts.
