Westford, MA – A 14-year-old girl was transported by helicopter from Nashoba Valley ski area following an incident in the Massachusetts resort’s terrain park on Sunday.
The unidentified victim was found unconscious by Nashoba’s ski patrol at around 11:30 a.m. after attempting a jump in the terrain park. A helicopter ambulance landed in the resort’s parking lot and transported the victim along with her mother to Children’s Hospital Boston, where she was being treated for unspecified injuries. Officials indicate that the victim did not regain consciousness prior to transport.
Little else is known at press time regarding the incident, the victim or her injuries.
