Teton Village, WY – Cheapskates and powder hounds alike will appreciate free skiing at Jackson Hole Mountain Resort (JHMR) on Friday, Nov. 29.
The Wyoming ski and snowboard resort has scheduled the event on its second day of planned operation this winter, following its number-one ranking in SKI Magazine’s annual Readers Poll. Resort officials are asking patrons to donate $1 each to the local community, and the resort will match guest donations that day.
“We at Jackson Hole Mountain Resort thank all our loyal visitors who have skied this mountain and enjoyed our community over the years, it is you who have helped make Jackson Hole number one,” says JHMR President Jerry Blann. “If you have never been, then it’s time to give us a try.”
And a free lift ticket sounds like as good a reason as any.
