Invermere (BC), Canada – Panorama Mountain Village and their Board of Directors today announced that Steve Paccagnan will join the ski resort in the British Columbia interior effective Nov. 4 as the new President and CEO, reporting to the Board of Directors.
As President and CEO of Panorama Mountain Village since the property was acquired in early 2010, Rick Jensen significantly improved the guest experience and built an enviable employee culture in addition to initiating a number of large-scale projects for future development. Paccagnan will continue that momentum and bring the resort to the next level.
Paccagnan has over 25 years of experience at numerous mountain resorts, both here in North America and internationally. He holds a Diploma in Resort Operations and Ski Area Management, an Advanced Graduate Diploma in Business Strategy and a Master of Business Administration. For the past seven years, Paccagnan was the President & CEO of Kicking Horse Mountain Resort in Golden, British Columbia, and was previously with Intrawest Resorts as the Vice President & General Manager of Copper Mountain in Colorado, Mont Ste.-Marie in Quebec and Director of Lodging at Panorama Mountain Village.

In the heart of the Purcell Mountains, Panorama Mountain Village has skiing, snowboarding, cross-country and heli-skiing available. Nine lifts service 4,000 vertical feet and close to 3,000 acres of skiable terrain.
