Ski for Free On Your Birthday

North Vancouver (BC), Canada – Can you think of a better way to celebrate your birthday than with a free day of skiing or riding?

If you walk up to the Guest Services ticket window and it’s your birthday, Mount Seymour outside of Vancouver would like to give you a gift. Produce a government-issued photo ID and Mount Seymour will hand you a free non-transferable lift ticket valid for that day only.

This new birthday benefit is one of several improvements at Mount Seymour this winter. A new Prinoth Bison X snowcat will prowl the resort’s slopes this winter, grooming steep terrain and creating snow features with a highly maneuverable blade and tiller. Mount Seymour has also upgraded the lighting on the Lodge run, such that Lower Trapper John’s is also now illuminated for night skiing.

And to take full advantage of that new lighting, this winter Mount Seymour is adding an extra hour of skiing and snowboarding to its afternoon ticket, now beginning at 3 p.m. instead of 4 p.m. A new evening ticket offers skiing and riding from 6:30 p.m. until closing for $28.
