Salt Lake City, UT – It may be just the first day of autumn, but it was looking a lot more like winter this morning in many high elevation areas around Utah.
Temperatures fell sharply overnight, turning precipitation above 7,000 feet from rain to snow. And this is just from Round 1. Following a break in the action this morning, Round 2 is expected to hit northern Utah this afternoon and tonight, with up to a foot or more forecastĀ in favored locations.
