Park City, UT – Are you the self-pronounced king of après-ski? Can you master the shot-ski without spilling a single drop?
Then lend a hand this Saturday as Park City attempts to set a world shot-ski record. Crews are bolting together 334 skis and mounting them with shot glasses to attempt to shatter Breckenridge’s record of 881 simultaneous drinkers. Call it a new twist on the old Colorado/Utah ski rivalry.
The attempt, organized by Wasatch Brew Pub in Park City, is open to those 21 and older only. They hope to have 1,000 participants lining Park City’s historic Main Street to raise funds for Sunshine Rotary.
If you’ve got what it takes, show up at Wasatch Brew Pub by noon this Saturday, and enjoy live music and beverages before the official record attempt takes place at 2 p.m. And don’t forget to bring along your $15 donation. You must pre-register at www.wasatchbeers.com/shotski.
