Bank to Repossess Two Ski Lifts at Tamarack

Boise, ID – A federal bankruptcy judge has agreed to allow Bank of America to repossess two ski lifts at the recently restarted Tamarack Resort in Donnelly, Idaho.nU.S. Bankruptcy Judge Terry Myers has agreed to lift the automatic stay as part of the ski resort’s bankruptcy proceedings. The two involved chairlifts are the Wildwood Express detachable quad and Buttercup Chair, which primarily provides access to the mountain for residents of the Whitewater Estates residential subdivision. Neither of the chairlifts are part of the current plan to operate Tamarack four days per week this ski season.

It is now expected that the bank will market the two chairlifts to potential buyers.
