Tahoe City, UT – A 22-year-old Bay Area woman snowboarded into a lift tower and died at Granlibakken Resort on Saturday, officials have confirmed.nRahsheka Keith, of Oakland, Calif., was seated on her snowboard, using it as a sled when the Saturday afternoon incident occurred. She crashed back first into a ski lift tower.

Keith attended the University of California, Santa Cruz, in the theater department. An autopsy is pending at the Placer County Coroner’s office to determine the cause of death. It is unknown if Keith was wearing a helmet.
