Late Night Skiing at Wisconsin Resort to Benefit Courage Center

Dresser, WI – Courage Center’s 2nd annual music and ski fundraiser with KDWB’s Lucas, dubbed Moonlight Madness, will take place from 5 p.m. to 1 a.m. on Friday, Feb. 18, at Trollhaugen ski resort in Dresser.nPerformers scheduled to appear at the ski area located an hour east of the Twin Cities include Trampled by Turtles, Dave Pirner (lead singer for Soul Asylum)m Dan Rodriquez, Throw the Fight and Kazyak. A $35 admission gives guests access to both the ski lifts and the concerts. This family friendly event also includes fire eaters, jugglers, games, food, beverages including libations supplied by Fulton Beer and Surley Brewing Company, giveaways from REI and Hoigaards, hot tubs, bi-ski rides and U.S. Paralympic athletes.

Five dollars of the ticket price is tax deductible. Gates open at 5 p.m. and the party continues until 1 a.m. Proceeds benefit the Courage Center Alpine Ski and Snowboard Program for skiers and boarders with disabilities.

While it’s not a requirement, those who want to do a little something more for the Courage Center Ski and Snowboard program can collect donations or pledges from friends and family, or just make an additional donation themselves. Both options are available at registration.
