Ketchum, ID – Back for its second year, the 511 Downtown Rail Jam, to be held Feb. 26 from 7 to 10 p.m., will showcase local and traveling skiers and snowboarders on an actual street rail and a new feature created by Sun Valley Resort’s Terrain Park Crew. The downtown location, at 511 Leadville Avenue in Ketchum, means there is no need for spectators or participants to purchase lift tickets and admission to the event is free.nWinners in each category will receive $1,000 in prize money along with bragging rights. Spectators will enjoy music by DJ Train, food, libations and fire pits, in addition to the spectacle. Prizes provided by sponsors are also up for grabs.

Registration will take place at 6:30 p.m. at the 511 Building the day of the Rail Jam. The competition entry fee is $10 and all participants must sign a liability release form or parental consent for competitors under 18.
