New Director of Mountain Operations Named at Park City Mountain Resort

Park City, UT – Park City Mountain Resort (PCMR) on Monday announced that Brian Suhadolc, a 20-year veteran at the Utah ski and snowboard resort, has been promoted to Director of Mountain and Base Operations, effective immediately.

“We are always looking to promote from within and Brian’s proven leadership and commitment to the company made him the natural selection for the position,” said Jenni Smith, president and general manager of Park City Mountain Resort.

Most recently, Suhadolc was the senior mountain operations manager, overseeing many aspects of the resort’s operations, after a long tenure in the slope maintenance department. In his new position, Suhadolc will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Resort including slope maintenance (snowmaking and grooming), lift operations, lift maintenance, vehicle maintenance, buildings, mountain patrol, terrain parks and race departments.

Suhadolc replaces Brent Giles, a 33-year veteran of Park City Mountain Resort. Giles has been named Chief Sustainability Officer at Powdr Corp, the parent company of Park City Mountain Resort.
