Huntsville, UT –The Snowbasin Adaptive Sports Education Foundation will hold its third annual Winter Carnival and Demo Day fundraiser on Saturday, Mar. 17 at Snowbasin Resort in Huntsville.
Ski and snowboard manufacturers will offer demos of their latest equipment for a donation of $20. Carnival booths will be set up on Earl’s Plaza to include games, face painting, hot dogs, cotton candy, as well as a silent auction and raffle prizes.
Carnival tickets may be purchased in advance for $15 at the Snowbasin Snowsports Learning Center front desk or will be available the day of the event for $20. A carnival ticket includes booth activities and a foot passenger ride up the Needles Gondola. Demo tickets are a separate purchase of $20 available only on the day of the event.
The Snowbasin Adaptive Sports Education Foundation provides winter sports experiences for people of all ages with disabilities. The funds raised during the Winter Carnival and Demo Day will go towards purchasing specialized equipment as well as providing scholarships for students from northern Utah.
