Each chair will cost C$150, with Mt Seymour donating C$50 from each purchase towards the support of inner-city schools in Vancouver and the Lower Mainland, introducing kids to an active lifestyle and teaching them to ski and snowboard. The sell-off will take place from noon to 7 p.m. today and tomorrow at Mount Seymour’s Guest Services office. No chairs will be sold before or after these dates and times.

Individual chairs from the Mystery Peak Chairlift will be sold to guests on a first-come, first-served basis and guests must provide their own vehicle to transport the chair off the mountain. No delivery is available. The purchase price must be paid in full on-site in the form of cash, credit or debit card to receive a chair. Mount Seymour officials will be updating the resort’s social media outlets and website with information on the percentage of chairs remaining.
