Park City, UT – Utah’s Park City Mountain Resort and Neff Headwear have announced a joint venture combining Neff’s dynamic action sports brand with the ski resort’s terrain parks. The resulting collaboration, Neff Land, will open in 2012-2013 as Park City Mountain Resort’s newest park.
“I couldn’t be more excited to incorporate Neff’s style and creativity into our own terrain park features,” said Jeremy Cooper, Park City Mountain Resort’s terrain park manager. “We always look to push the envelope of park progression, and our collaboration with Neff is that next step.”
“It’s a dream come true,” said Shaun Neff, founder and CEO of Neff Headwear. “Ten years ago I gave the first Neff beanies away to the top snow athletes in the world at Park City Mountain Resort. Now to have the opportunity to custom design a one-of-a-kind shred park at that very same mountain where it all started for Neff is truly an honor. Never have a brand and a resort come together to create a park experience like Neff Land. I can’t wait to reveal it this winter.”
Neff Land will inhabit the area known previously as The Ridge Terrain Park and joins 3 Kings Park, King’s Crown Park and the Eagle Superpipe in composing the Resort’s “I Ride Park City” park and pipe scene.
