Snowbird, UT – As part of its annual summer tradition, Utah’s Snowbird Ski and Summer Resort will celebrate the Fourth of July with a pancake breakfast, live music and a special lodging package.
“Celebrating Independence Day at Snowbird is a great way for families to escape the city heat and enjoy a mountain getaway,” said Dave Fields, Vice President of Resort Operations.
The festivities will take place on the Fourth of July from 9 a.m. until noon on the Plaza Deck, Snowbird Resort Entry 2. The lodging package is available through July 8.
The pancake breakfast will be all-you-can-eat and includes pancakes, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, coffee, orange juice and more. Adult meals cost $10.95, or $18.95 with an Aerial Tram foot passenger ticket. Children age 6-12 eat for $7.50 and children 5 and under are free. The Aerial Tram will be running from 9 a.m. until 8 p.m.
Live music will be performed by C.J. Santoro Dixieland Band during breakfast.
A July Fourth Stay and Play lodging package is available and also includes unlimited use of the Aerial Tram, Alpine Slide, Peruvian Chairlift and Tunnel, Mountain Flyer, Climbing Wall, Bungy Trampoline, Ropes Course, Air Jumper and Mechanical Bull and daily breakfast. Snowbird summer activities are in full swing, and the resort is also hosting free movies on the Plaza Deck every Friday night at dusk, and free concerts every Saturday night at 6 p.m.
