Copper Mountain, CO – A 13-year-old girl was rushed to an area hospital on Sunday morning after an accident at Copper Mountain.
Ski patrollers administered CPR to the girl, who collided on the Colorado resort’s Vein Glory trail, presumably with a tree according to initial reports. She was not wearing a helmet.
The victim was taken to Saint Anthony Medical Center in Frisco, Colo., where her condition was unknown.
Vein Glory is a novice run accessible from the top of Copper’s Union Creek chairlift. Copper Mountain officials were investigating the incident.
