Bolton, VT – Whether you’re looking for a part-time position, a full-time gig or just a way to spend that first year out of college, working at a ski resort can be a fun, fulfilling and cost-effective way to enjoy your ski season this winter.

Ski resorts across the country are currently on a hiring spree, looking to fill the ranks of ski school instructors, lift attendants, food service employees and more. Typically, employment at a resort comes with a free season pass, and often free or discounted employee housing, meal discounts, riding privileges for friends and family, lift tickets at partner resorts, and more.

Resorts nevertheless often have a difficult time finding the requisite number of seasonal employees, sometimes forcing them to look outside of the U.S. for winter help. That’s why many are holding job fairs in October and November to fill vacant slots.
