Hooters Girls to Model Swimsuits in Aspen to Benefit Chris Klug Foundation

Aspen, CO – On Thursday, Apr. 1, Hooters will host the 2nd Annual Hooters Snow Angels Swimsuit Fashion Show in the Snow from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. at the St. Regis pool at the base of Aspen Mountain ski area. Donations from this event will go to support Aspen’s own Chris Klug Foundation to benefit those affected by organ transplants.nTwelve of Hooters’ most elite Hooters Girls will be in Aspen that week shooting the Snow Angels TV show, participating in photo shoots during the week and participating in the fashion show.

“We are very proud of Hooters’ association with Chris Klug, as a sponsor of America’s Snowboard Team,” stated Mike McNeil, Vice President of Marketing for Hooters of America, Inc. “After helping Chris reach the Winter Games in Vancouver again, we are glad to extend our relationship to support his foundation and organ donor awareness. It is only fitting that Hooters hold this event on April 1st, the first day of National Donate Life Month.”

The event is open to the public and donations will be taken at the door supporting the Chris Klug Foundation, which is dedicated to promoting lifesaving organ donation and improving the quality of life for donors, donor families, organ transplant candidates and recipients. Klug himself was the recipient of a liver transplant in 2000 before going on to Olympic Bronze in Salt Lake City in 2002.
