Huntsville, UT – Utah’s Snowbasin Resort will hold a special evening atop its Needles Gondola on Friday, Sept. 24 complete with BBQ and stargazing beneath the light of a nearly full moon.nThe event is slated for 5:00 to 9:00 p.m. at the ski area’s Needles Lodge, one evening following the September full moon. The last ride down the gondola will load at 10:00 p.m.

The Astrological Society will be on-hand with telescopes for optimal viewing of planets and constellations. Hike to the top of the summit to watch the sun set, and hike down as the moon rises in the east at 7:37 p.m.
