Canadian Ski Resorts Set Season Pass Sales Records

Beaupre (QC), Canada – Stoneham and Mont-Sainte-Anne ski resorts near Quebec City, both owned by Resorts of the Canadian Rockies (RCR), each set a new resort record for the number of season passes sold this fall with a total sales increase of 35% over last year.n“We are thrilled that this many Quebec City area skiers continue to choose us for their winter membership as their ski area of choice,” said Guy Desrosiers, Eastern regional Vice-President and Regional Manager – Stoneham and Mont-Sainte-Anne for RCR. “We are looking forward to welcoming them to the ski slopes at our anticipated resorts openings.”

To drive sales, both ski areas embarked upon a creative advertising campaign this fall. An example cabin of Mont-Sainte-Anne’s base-to-summit gondola, being completely refurbished this year, was displayed at numerous public events. A video advertising campaign depicted people water skiing and wakeboarding on the St. Lawrence River, all dressed up in their winter attire.
