3rd In-bounds Slide at Telluride

Telluride had its 3rd in-bounds slide so far. (Spiral Stairs, Patrol area below top of 12, now...)

This time all of Genevieve slid with a 3-4' crown and 100 feet wide. Took a telemarker and buried him to his shoulders....and 2 others to a lesser extent.

The teleskier was made right with a beer and $20 food gift certificate or so.

I am not too familiar with much of Telluride sliding in-bounds - it's unprecedented. Anyways, the hike-to terrain is on hold / no effort being made....and you can forget sidecountry/BearCreek. Not worth it.

The terrain in question is a steep area about 5-10 min hike above Prospect Bowl/Chair 12 Lift. The entire area is steep - yet hard to break out into real runs.

I heard that the teleskier seemed happy after being dug out with simply a beer and beverage coupon.

Seems cheap to me. I would ask for a pass.
