8/2/14 alta/snowbird a paradise in color

amyz and i parked a car at albion day lodge parking and proceeded to drive back down canyon to snowbird and ride the tram to hidden peak . arrived at hidden peak and walked out the road to powder paradise to view some of the wildflowers that are blooming , heres some of what we saw.

I believe admin skied Gunsight in this timeframe in 2005. Do big snow years inhibit the wildflower season, or just delay it?
