day31........... pretty cold early this morning till the sun came up. road wasn't any issue this morning , opened some time after eight a.m. bit of a line of traffic , nothing to depressing . alta opened just a few minutes late , big lines for the first hour but lessened quickly . alta patrol were out on bombing sorties almost all day . early it sounded as if they were doing harm to something in a big way . here's three pictures that show results !!!!!
not a bit of this has been skied in a week , should think alta would open this in the a.m. . skied with skidog and rdwore all day , with the high-T- open now it seems a lot more normal ,although we could use one more cycle like we just had.
really there's good cover in there, that's a pretty steep chute and no rocks to be seen .
the rock garden lived true to it's name , as that was really the only tricky spot on that traverse.
