Day 3: An excellent start. God, it felt good to be home again today!
Old Home Week, edition #10. The same regulars, the same employees. Smiles all around.
Last night's storm was a bust, as the predicted 4-8" was more like an inch or two. But it was thick, dense graupel that topped the 13" that fell earlier in the week and kept you floating on the surface without hitting anything at all underneath.

It was close to 1 p.m. when we went to Watson's for a burger, and nearly 2 p.m. when we were all driving down canyon after one last long, wonderful trip around the world via Devil's Elbow, legs happily spent. With two more days left in the opening weekend I needed to keep some gas in the tank.
