Solid day on the mountain here in Alaska.
Nearly all of the mountain is open and we're at 255 inches year to date last I checked.......ADMIN and Tony ...eat your heart out......it's the year to be at the high latitudes!
Skiied mostly untracked and tracked all morning long. The views yesterday were oustanding. Felt really world class........
Thing I don't like about December skiing in the arctic is the light factor.......you never see the sun....and visibility ain't like Tahoe, Utah, SoCal, etc...
Yesterday was the busiest day I've ever seen at Alyeska.....everyone wearing a Santa suit skiied for free........
