are my skis toast?

I don't know when this happened but when I inspected my my bases before going in for lunch I noticed 4" of edging missing under the boot area on one ski. Is it even worth trying get this repaired as the edge on the other ski is also cracked in two places ? Has anyone of you seen similar damage that was repaired successfully?

Toast. You can't even put the side with the missing edge on the outside as both skis are damaged on the same side.

Burnt to a crisp...but look on the good side, there a ton of really good deals going around this time of year. I just bought my little lady boots for $180(retail price was $400).
