Every time I have skied here in the past has been horrible, either icy or super frigid. Thankfully, today was not one of those days!

In fact, this was one of the better days I've ever had at a major area. The 6" of snow or so yesterday did wonders to the trails. Most trails were groomed (except of course for the bump runs) and there were even some natural trails like Hunky Dory open with plenty of powder. Idiot's Option, Ptarmigan, and Tightrope all provided some good old fashioned steep expert terrain. Bear Peak was in great shape, thanks to the high speed quad we made plenty of runs.

Get out and ski before its too late!

Jeremy
www.nelsap.org
