Big Sur 8/28-31

I spent a few days backpacking in Big Sur with a group of new freshmen. Although we weren't in one of the more picturesque areas (I also really like Point Lobos up near Monterrey), there were still good views to be had. If you've never done the drive up Highway 1, it's certainly among the best and I'd recommend a few days near Monterrey to explore.

When I was 18 I did a similar hike in Big sur called Sevrani's ? (I'm not sure if that's how it's spelled) but it looked just like that, especially the how the fog rolled in under us.
